This last weekend was Romantic Bed and Breakfast Getaway Weekend for me and Juniper. I had toyed with the idea of going to Gold Country, but wasn't sure we were going to be able to beat the rush hour, and really didn't want to deal with the madness of people driving up to Tahoe and/or Yosemite. Then I came across the Inn at the Pinnacles located just outside of Pinnacles National Monument near Soledad, CA. About 2 hours south of Menlo Park this seemed like a good place to try for a slightly non-traditional B&B weekend.
