We were married on June 18th, 2004 at Willow Heights Mansion in Morgan Hill, California. People always say that you need to be prepared for the worst because something always goes wrong at every wedding, but for us that wasn't the case - everything was perfect, and we both had far more fun than either of us had expected. Thanks to everyone who was there with us in body and in spirit for helping to make it such a wonderful day, and for building memories that will last forever.

    If you've ever been married then you are probably aware that finding a wedding photographer is no easy task. We were extremely fortunate to find Akiko, who we whole-heartedly recommend. On top of being an excellent photographer she is nice, easy to get along with, and makes having your pictures taken enjoyable under any circumstances. We also want to point out that if pictures credited to Akiko on this website look a little dull or hazy it's because of the scanning job, and not because of the quality of the pictures themselves (Mike could definitely use a lesson or two in scanning).

    We were also lucky to have a good friend of ours, Julie DiCarlo, and Mike's brother, David Sykes on hand to lend their photographic skills as they are both talented photographers. They shot in digital, so Mike was happy not to have to scan any of their work in. You'll also find a few pictures from Juniper's brother Aaron and Mike's Aunt Linda in the mix.
